SUBMIT YOUR ABSTRACT
Abstracts can be submitted for:
- Evidence-based research
- Case presentations
Abstract word limit: 300 words.
The Australasian College of Phlebology is dedicated to the promotion of evidence-based research and all abstracts are subject to peer review. Anecdote-based submissions will not be accepted and only cases of important clinical significance will be considered. All research abstracts must include the headings Objectives, Methods, Results and Conclusions. Abstracts submitted in the wrong format will not be reviewed.
All accepted abstracts will be published in the ASM Proceedings Handbook as received.
Presentation Formats
Abstracts will be accepted as either an oral presentation or poster.
Oral Presentations
Keynote and Invited lectures are allocated 30 minutes (25 minutes + 5 minutes question time).
Oral scientific presentations are allocated 15 minutes.
Oral case presentations are allocated 10 minutes.
Posters
Presenters will be asked to attend their poster to discuss the poster during the poster viewing session.
