Nominations for positions of Board Members were taken online from the 22 October 2024 to the 1 November 2024.

There were 9 nominations for the 10 available positions on the Board, therefore, upon approval of the Board and those present at the Annual General Meeting held on the 16 November 2024, the following nominees were appointed by declaration of their election.
