ACP2021

Due to the current restrictions in the greater Sydney region, the ACP2021 organising committee has made the decision to switch the conference to a virtual meeting.

What will happen with my current registration?
All registrations will be automatically switched to a virtual registration. You will not need to do anything.

Will the program be the same?
The Phlebology Refresher Course was not intended to be streamed virtually so any tickets purchased for the Phlebology refresher will be refunded. The Conference program will remain as much the same as possible however may be condensed to shorter hours each day.

Do I get a refund or a discount now that it is virtual?
As stated on the registration page, all in-person registrations were to be transferred to a virtual registration in the case of such an occurrence. Each category of registration has had the same fees applied to factor in each scenario. While there are no catering costs, there are considerable costs to transitioning to a completely virtual event.
Only those who purchased accompanying person tickets, additional social function tickets and Refresher course tickets will have the value of those additional tickets refunded (the full registration fee will remain). All Australian and New Zealand delegates will be receiving a conference pack by mail, so ensure that your address details are correct by Friday 23 July.

I am a sponsor/exhibitor, what will happen with my booking?
The event co-ordinator will be in touch with you directly. As it stands all existing bookings will be automatically moved to the new dates, 20 - 23 May 2022 at Crowne Plaza Coogee.

What should I do with my hotel booking?
If you have booked via the accommodation room block organised between the ACP and the Crowne Plaza Coogee delegates will need to contact the hotel reservations team to cancel their own booking. There will be no cancellation fees, however guests must advise the hotel directly as they are not permitted to cancel the booking without your approval.

Bookings made outside of the ACP room block are subject to the terms and conditions of the third party the accommodation was booked under. The ACP has no control over such bookings.
The college is not liable for any losses incurred for accommodation and travel bookings.

I have a presentation scheduled during the conference, what will happen with it?
We intend to keep the existing program as much as possible. Further instructions on the requirements of speakers now that we are using a completely virtual platform will be sent to all speakers shortly.
