The ACP Annual Scientific Meeting will see the return to the fully onsite format of conferencing we all enjoyed pre-covid. There will be no virtual registration or sessions in 2023. We look forward to seeing you in person to support the college and our industry partners at what will be a truly memorable event.

Cancellation Policy
Registrations will be refunded less a $295.00 administrative fee upon written notice of cancellation. In order to qualify for a refund of fees, your cancellation notice must be received no later than 14 days prior to the conference start date. There will be no refunds for cancellations received after that date or for lack of attendance. Refunds will be processed after the conference is complete.

Terms and Conditions for Giveaway
Each registration received on or before 24 December 2022 will receive 1 entry into the draw to win. The prize registration does not include guest or partner tickets or registrations to other sessions. It only includes one free registration to attend ACP2024 or a future conference of the Australasian College of Phlebology. Travel and accomodation expenses are the responsibility of the winner.
